This one is a question that is asked a lot and it’s very simple to fix. When you go out of town and use the DoorDash app to do deliveries in that zone, the app switches your zone to that one. When you get back to your home, there is usually one reason why you can’t see your home zone and the availability to Dash now.

The fix is that you have to be inside your home zone. You can’t just be near it and you can’t switch it back from elsewhere until you are physically inside the zone.

If this does not solve your issue, make sure that your doorDash app location settings are set to “ always allow”. If you still are having issues, you should try to sign out of the app, delete the app, reinstall, try again.
